Shipping  and Delivery ,

1. Once a customer places the order, the order is sent for fulfilment and we try to ship that order within  5 – 6 working days.
2. Few orders might take more than 10-12 days to ship depending upon the remote areas.
3. When the order is handed over to the courier, we are not able to accommodate any changes in delivery.
4. You will be automatically e-mailed or mobile on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
5. You can also login to your account on the website to check complete information related to your order.
6. We make every possible effort to deliver your books at the earliest so that you can start your exam preparation journey.

Cancellation and Refund ,

   You can ask for a refund or cancellation under the following terms :

1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. A cancellation fee of INR 90/- will be deducted and the rest will be refunded in case of Pre-paid orders.
2. Please note that refund or cancellation is not applicable in case of e-books & online tests after send the login id to the customer.
3. In special cases, we might consider cancellation and refund after 24 hours. In such cases, please talk to our customer care executive to discuss what can be done about your order.
4. We use the safest payment gateways for online payments. Please note that we NEVER call or text our customers to ask for any OTPs generated by their banks.
5. All items returned must be unused and in their original condition. No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
6. A refund initiated can take between 10 - 15 working days to reflect back in your account.  

Returns and exchanges ,
          Returns and exchanges are possible on some circumstances if   :
1. If you are not satisfied with the product or your purchase, you may return the items back to Navodaya Brothers Publishing House (India) Ltd. Pune, Company   

Your Return requests will be accepted if made according to the following terms.

2.  Any Paperback Book/physical book ordered need to be returned (at customer’s cost) within 2 Days of delivery.                                                    3. Though all digital contents such as eBooks/OSDS/Online Tests are non-refundable/non-returnable, request can be accepted in certain                    circumstances.
4.  All eBooks have a limited time and counts for downloading. The status of the download is very much available in the “My Account” section.      5.  Final decision related to exchange of digital products is ultimately lies with our company in case of wrong purchase done by the customer.        6.  We only exchange product if they are defective, damaged In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, then you should promptly contact us on support nbpublishinghousepune@gmail.com or call us on  +919096571372  with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product,  we will fully examine it  and notify  you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time,  whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible,  we will send you a replacement product.
