Q.  How much time will  it take  to deliver the books and material ?                                                                                                                  Ordered books and material are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery depends upon Shipping address and mode         of dispatch. Courier deliveries take maximum 3 – 4  days in metro and 6 – 7 days in small cities. Registered Post is used for areas                 where courier do not deliver and it takes more time to deliver.

Q.   How do I place an order ?                                                                                                                                                                               Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity and clicking Update. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you’re ready to begin the checkout process.

Q.   How can I cancel or change my order  ?                                                                                                                                                         Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout ? No worries, just give us a call, or email we will take necessary actions at earliest.

Q.  How can I make the payments for the purchase made by Navodaya Brothers Publishing House (India) Ltd. company ?                        You can use your credit card/debit card, google pay , phone pay , wallet to purchase from our Company.

Q.   Are transactions safe  ?                                                                                                                                                                                     Yes, We use a secure server for the payment.

Q.   Is there Cash on delivery option available ?
       Currently, we do not provide cash on delivery.

Q.   Do I need an account to place my order ?                                                                                                                                                        Yes, you need to register yourself on My Account while placing an order.

Q.   I  wish to order online, but how can I know the courier charge ?
      1.  Shipping is free for all orders over INR 500; If the order value is less than INR 500, nominal shipping charges of INR 50 will be                       applicable.
      2.  Shipping charges can be checked during the checkout process

Q.  I  get  a discount if I purchase books directly from Navodaya Brothers Publications ?  
       Yes,  when you buy books directly from us you get up to 28% discount on your purchase.

Q.   How can I access the e-book  ?                                                                                                                                                                        Once you place an order for the e-book, you will receive a mail from  navodayabrothers. com It must be in the spam/ promotion tab. There you will find a link, click on that, and it  will get redirected to the website. Now the e-book will be available for you to read.

Q.   How can I access free study resources on this site ?                                                                                                                                     We know that free material doesn’t have any sense So, you will have to pay reasonable price for it to have access to the required study material. There is some less free material available on other site you can check it.
